By accessing or using VocaType ("the Service"), operated by thuong.studio ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
VocaType is a web-based typing tutor application that helps users learn proper keyboard technique across multiple languages. The Service is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of VocaType — including but not limited to source code, algorithms, spaced repetition logic, course content, typing drills, word dictionaries, and tutorial materials — are the exclusive property of thuong.studio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to:
•Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code or underlying algorithms of the Service
•Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service
•Extract, scrape, or collect any data, content, or materials from the Service by automated or manual means
•Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Service
•Use the Service for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from thuong.studio
•Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
5. User Data
VocaType stores your learning progress, settings, and statistics locally on your device using browser storage. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on any server. You are responsible for your own data, and clearing your browser data will permanently delete your progress.
6. Analytics and Error Reporting
We use third-party services to improve the Service:
•Mixpanel collects anonymous usage analytics and session recordings to help us understand how the application is used. No personal information or typing content is included.
•Sentry collects anonymous error reports when the application encounters technical issues. These reports contain technical information (such as stack traces and browser type) but do not include personal information or typing content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall thuong.studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international intellectual property laws and the laws of the jurisdiction in which thuong.studio operates.
